Our Location: Serial is located minutes away from downtown Bellevue, WA. You'll find us in the northwest corner of the 12th Place business complex with ample parking available. Address and map can be found Here.
Hours: We are open to the public on Fridays from 6pm - 11pm and available for private events Monday - Sunday 11am - 11pm.
Snack Bar: Our snack bar offers beer, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
Outside food & Catering: Feel free to bring in outside food, but please cleanup after yourself. If you are having a private event with us, you may choose to coordinate your own catering or you can have us take care of it for you for a 20% surcharge. Contact a team member for more information.
Pricing: Pricing varies based on the type of admission.
Friday public hours is free general admission, enjoy the space and grab some drinks at the bar!
Special events found on our Events page very in cost. They typically range from free to $10/person.
Private events that simply need a venue and no provided entertainment costs $20/person for two hours with a minimum of 20 participants.
Private events that request Serial Games costs $40/person for a 2 hour event with a minimum of 10 participants. This includes 1 hour of hosted Serial Games and 1 hour of access to Serial.
Additional costs may apply based on special requests.
Accessibility: Our venue is wheelchair accessible! A ramp from the parking lot can be found to the right of the stairs just in front of our sign.
Reservations, Cancellations, & Refunds: Contact one of our event coordinators to make a private reservation. You may reserve a time slot for a private event with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost (which will go towards your total payment). You then have until 48 hours before your reserved time slot to finalize payment, cancel, or reschedule your event. We do not offer refunds, however we would be happy to move your reservation (and deposit) to another date and time.
Age Requirements: We require all entrants to be age 12+. In addition, ID may be required for check out of equipment for some activities.
