  • Where is Serial Located?
    Serial is located minutes away from downtown Bellevue, WA. You'll find us in the northwest corner of the 12th Place business complex with ample parking available. Address and map can be found by clicking the Google Map button below.
  • What are Serial Events hours of operation?
    We are available for private events Monday - Sunday 11am - 10pm. Office Hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 6pm.
  • What are your current COVID related requirements?
    In accordance with state guidelines, we no longer require proof of vaccination and no longer require guests to wear masks during private events at Serial. Recommended procedures may change, and we will be following any guidelines that may be in effect at the time of your event.
  • What food and drink options do you provide?
    Serial Events offers local craft and domestic beer, alchoholic seltzers, and hard ciders. There are also many non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. Serial Events also allows outside food & catering. Feel free to bring in outside food, but please cleanup after yourself. If you are having a private event with us, you may choose to coordinate your own catering or you can have us take care of it for you for a 20% surcharge. Contact a team member for more information.​
  • What is your pricing model?
    Private events cost $40/person for 90 minutes with a minimum spend of $400. Additional time in the venue can be added to any booking at the rate of $20/person/hour. Additional costs may apply based on special requests.
  • Do you have handicap accessability?
    Our venue is wheelchair accessible! A ramp from the parking lot can be found to the right of the stairs just in front of our sign.
  • What is the reservation, cancellation and refund policy?
    Use our online booking calendar or contact one of our event coordinators to make a private reservation. You may reserve a time slot for a private event with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost (which will go towards your total payment). You then have until 48 hours before your reserved time slot to finalize payment, cancel, or reschedule your event. We do not offer refunds, however we would be happy to move your reservation (and deposit) to another date and time.​
  • Does Serial Events have an age requirement?
    We require all entrants to be age 12+. In addition, ID may be required for check out of equipment for some activities.
  • Can I walk in? When are you open for public hours?
    No, events at Serial are by reservation only, and walkthroughs or meetings are by appointment only. Please contact any Serial team member to schedule your event or a preliminary meeting.
